ESSENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SAN LUIS OBISPO RADIO STATIONS:
•Greet clients, on-air guests, visitors, job applicants and contest winners.
•Coordinate the distribution of all incoming mail; post out-going mail
•Provide information to listeners regarding commercials, news stories, station
events, etc.
•Receive and distribute couriered packages and manage outgoing packages.
•Coordinate the distribution of all incoming mail; post out-going mail
•Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
•Processing applications for credit, and bank deposits.
•Mailroom, kitchen and supplies organization and maintenance.
•Post all outgoing USPS Mail.
•Some lifting involved.
•Other responsibilities as necessary
•Minimum of 1 year previous receptionist experience preferable.
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Associates in Business preferred.
•Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

including copy writing and translation, imaging production and coordinating with
